Licensed Massage Therapist<\/em><\/p>\n

I\u00a0am a\u00a0graduate of The Center For Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy,\u00a0and have been practicing massage\u00a0since\u00a02009. \u00a0I\u00a0am licensed in\u00a0NY State\u00a0and have\u00a0my National Board Certification. \u00a0I have also been practicing as a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant since 1985. \u00a0I am currently a practicing Certified Reflexologist\u00a0and\u00a0teach\u00a0Reflexology classes\u00a0for the Laura Norman School of Reflexology.<\/p>\n

I have always had a passion for the healing arts. \u00a0After working in the Physical Therapy field for over 25 years, I decided to go back to school to pursue my career with\u00a0Massage Therapy. \u00a0I fell in love with the idea of using bodywork as a healing and relaxing modality.<\/p>\n

I\u00a0offer an array of modalities to create\u00a0individualized sessions\u00a0for my clients including; Swedish massage,\u00a0(for relaxation, including neck tension and headache relief), Deep Tissue massage, Reflexology\u00a0and specific\u00a0Medical massage.<\/p>\n

I take the time to check in with\u00a0my clients before and after each session to ensure their therapeutic goals have been met. Additionally, stretches and exercises will be recommended to prolong the benefits of the massage in between sessions.
\nEvery massage is individualized to the clients particular needs on that day. The benefits my clients will receive include; reduced pain, improve mobility and range of motion, decreased stress, and overall relaxation.<\/p>\n
