A VIRTUAL DISCUSSION & SUPPORT GROUP<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are now approaching the holiday season and often people feel challenged at this time of the year. I want to inspire you to choose consciously to take the best care of yourself!<\/p>\n

I thought it a good time to offer a virtual discussion forum. I will speak a little bit on this topic and open the forum to you! Each attendee will have a few minutes to share what is happening with them. All comments and feedback will be of a positive and supportive nature. It will be more about ‘sharing’ then about ‘teaching.’ You may choice to share without feedback or cross talk. All attendees must introduce themselves at some point and be involved and not just a spectator. All information shall remain and be held confidential by all who attend the meeting. Please keep any outside noise to a minimum by muting yourself when not speaking. NO SOLICITATIONS WILL BE TOLERATED.<\/p>\n
