I am a graduate of The Center For Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy, and have been practicing massage since 2009. I am licensed in NY State and have my National Board Certification. I have also been practicing as a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant since 1985. I am currently a practicing Certified Reflexologist and teach Reflexology classes for the Laura Norman School of Reflexology.
I have always had a passion for the healing arts. After working in the Physical Therapy field for over 25 years, I decided to go back to school to pursue my career with Massage Therapy. I fell in love with the idea of using bodywork as a healing and relaxing modality.
I offer an array of modalities to create individualized sessions for my clients including; Swedish massage, (for relaxation, including neck tension and headache relief), Deep Tissue massage, Reflexology and specific Medical massage.
I take the time to check in with my clients before and after each session to ensure their therapeutic goals have been met.
Additionally, stretches and exercises will be recommended to prolong the benefits of the massage in between sessions.
Every massage is individualized to the clients particular needs on that day. The benefits my clients will receive include; reduced pain, improve mobility and range of motion, decreased stress, and overall relaxation.
