All new clients must arrive 10 minutes early to fill out necessary forms.

 

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your session we ask that you please call us by noon the day before. Otherwise we will hold you accountable for that missed session and you will be charged. Please reschedule or cancel all appointments by calling our office at 212-388-9788. We do not accept cancellations by text messaging or e-mail.

We want to allow your body the time it needs to complete your session. Please arrive on time. We allow 1 hour and 15 minutes for your session. Late arrivals do not allow us to give you a full experience. Take this time for yourself to be relaxed and present.

 

Preparation for Your Colonic Session

Here is how to prepare for your colonic session. It is best to prepare to have a great experience with the best results. It is not necessary to be perfect about it.

Please come in with an empty stomach, and don’t eat for at least 3 ½ hours before the appointment. Please try not to eat too late the evening before the appointment. It is best to stop eating by 8 pm the night before their session. You may eat fruit or juice up to 2 hours before your session.

Please NO animal protein on the day of your session. No meat, dairy, fish or eggs before and after the session is best.

Please NO dairy products for 2-3 days prior to your session.

Please NO beans & legumes. No soy, tofu, soy milk, peanuts, bean sprouts, hummus, lentils etc. for at least 3 days beforehand is best. A spoonful is not a problem.

Please NO carbonated beverages of any sort. Do not consume soda, or seltzer water. Avoid fizzy drinks for 1-2 days.

Please NO deep Fried Foods such as french fries or fast foods, refined foods for a few days.

Please No Alcohol consumption for 24 hours prior is recommended.

It is best to consume- fresh fruit and vegetables, vegetable juices, salad, smoothies- this will help to create a loosening effect that will make for an excellent colonic. Also, good to eat whole grains, potatoes/root vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, and avocado. You can eat meat, eggs or fish prior to the day of your session.
