What is reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique which literally means universal life energy in Japanese. It’s based on the principle that through the palm of the hand one can channel energy from the Universe into oneself or another person, which then activates the natural healing processes of the body and restores physical and emotional well-being.

How many sessions are needed?
Reiki healing has the best results when going for a session every two weeks for the first few months. Then, lessening frequency to receiving reiki once a month.
